Your information

When you request a quote, book, or send a message: your name, phone number, email, ZIP code, the address of the job, and the details and notes you give us about the work.

When you pay a deposit by card, the payment is handled by Stripe. We receive confirmation of the payment, not your full card number.

Like most websites, our hosting provider keeps basic technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) to keep the site secure and prevent spam. We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies.

To give you a price, schedule and confirm your visit, send confirmations, price breakdowns and reminders, call or text you about your job, take payment, and keep records for taxes and warranty questions.

We use a few service providers to run the business: Stripe (card payments), Google (our appointment calendar and business listing), Supabase (secure database), Resend (email delivery), and our website host. They only process your information to provide those services to us.

We may disclose information if the law requires it.

We keep job and payment records for as long as we need them for the job, warranty questions, and tax and accounting rules. Quotes that never became a job can be deleted on request.

You can ask to see, correct, or delete your information at any time by emailing samwel.m@doable.llc or calling 612-807-2170. We'll respond promptly. Some records (like completed payments) may need to be kept by law.

Our services are for adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13.
